Are you in your element?
Are you a fiery trailblazer or a down to earth perfectionist? Do still waters run deep or are you, like the wind rushing here there and everywhere? Using the elements in their natural form to describe the different personalities makes perfect sense as each of usd is made up of the water of cells, the earth of calcium, the fire of synapses and the breath of life. This comparison with the elements is a fun and inspiring way to help appreciate and understand ourselves and the 'teams' we live and work in. It transforms relationships at home, work, school and in social settings.
Diversity is something which is really important in our society and millions of pounds are poured into training on issues of age, gender, race and religion yet it seems that with all the talk of diversity, one important area is overlooked, differences in personality – the one area that affects every single one of us.
We work with everyone! Whatever your age or situation we believe our coaching and training has the potential to transform your future.
Our work with families either face to face or via Skype creates more harmonious relationships as each person understands the different personality traits of the other members and has a new language to help diffuse daily irritations and challenges.

Ruth Adams is a great trainer who has extensive knowledge of the PEP tool and the 4 elements. Ruth is passionate, energetic and very generous; a real joy to work with and learn from. We have been using PEP in one of our business units based in Africa. Its positive impact is due to people really understanding the 4 elements through using the metaphors it offers, to practically understand and change behaviour compared to more traditionally used tools such as Myers Briggs Type indicator. People remember the conversations and meanings that they have around Earth, Water, Fire and Wind more easily than a combination of letters. We have also found that PEP has been easily accepted within a very fast moving technical environment as people just "get it and use what they learn from their reports straight away and do not have to wait for an expert to explain things to them. The accompanying workshop "The 4 Elements of Success" is a great way of bringing a team together to look at their collective PEP reports and improving communication between individuals. The four elements
In Your Element uses the natural elements of Fire, Wind, Earth and Water to help determine both individual and team strengths and challenges that affect everything from career choice to daily "to do" lists. We choose to act on what we value, and each element type values very different things:
